Concrete driveway and retaining wall

Tom must be from an old English family where the sir name was earned based on professional characteristics such as Baker, Archer, Plumber, etc. becuse his work is the WORST.
Tom installed a retaining wall and driveway. After two years both now need replaced.
My suggestion is that you look elsewhere for quality work.
