Ben came in a very timely manner this morning when my Rinnai stopped working. He got up on the roof and discovered that the vent to it, to my furnace and my plumbing were all plugged. He fixed the problem and even shoveled out my back deck for the dogs. I have used his services before and will continue to in the future. Thanks a lot Ben!!!
