This guy is terrible! I will never use him again! For the all the experience he says he has, he can't estimate accurately, he can't even measure a room for flooring properly, he doesn't even put out bids for subcontractors! Everything from materials to labor was 40-50% over what we were told it would cost. Took over 1.5 years to get done when he built 2 other houses for acquaintances in 6 months.
