Hi, I just wanted to give you guys one final opportunity to provide the yearly maintenance service that is due this year. Otherwise, I'm going to take you to small claims court to sue for the money it will cost me to pay another company to perform the 4 maintenances we are are still due. When we purchased a new generator from your company & you installed it you told us the first five years of yearly maintenance service was included with the purchase & installation. Since the generator was installed in 2020, we have received only ONE of the five routine yearly maintenances. The first year the routine maintenance that was not performed at all. When I called you the following year in 2022 you claimed that it had been an oversight because it had not yet been added onto the yearly maintenance schedule. When you came out in 2022 to do the yearly maintenance that was due in 2021 you said that you were going to credit me one routine maintenance since you failed to perform the first one due in 2021. Now, here in 2023, I called to get the second of five yearly maintenance services scheduled. I had requested you come out on the coming Monday, which you said you were unable to do because of a staff meeting. You then texted me back that you yourself would personally come out to service the generator on Tuesday. You said I just needed to text you to let you know when I got back home from my radiation treatment and you would come over to perform the maintenance. However, when Tuesday came & I texted you as you instructed me, you texted back that you were not coming out after all because I had not signed a service agreement contract requiring yearly payment of $350 to get discounted hourly rate of $99 service in the event non-maintenance service is required. You refused to come out & perform the maintenance & refused to clear the error that resulted from your failure to perform the routine maintenance included with the purchase agreement. Because you have point blank refused, and failed, to provide the 4 yearly maintenance services we are entitled to, will result in us having to pay additional monies for the service that was to be included under our purchase agreement with you to now be provided by another company that will charge us for this service since the generator was not purchased with them. I am giving you fair notice. If I do not hear back from you within 10 business days I will file the paperwork with the court and have you served. I have emailed you this same notice.
