Had a truly awful experience here. The oven we purchased from this store was certified refurbished and listed "works like new", yet after two weeks of use the oven's temp drastically dropped suddenly and within hours the oven wouldn't turn on.
I had contacted this company to inform them of the issues as they were occurring and had been told multiple times that they stood by their products and would make it right. We ultimately replaced 4 parts and had 2 Hobart techs in, and after sending just 1 invoice from service and 1 for a single part in an effort to seek remediation which was promised, they refused. I exchanged maybe 15 emails with them detailing every issue and expense and they still refused.
Their behavior was abhorrent, their ads and listing are fraudulent, and they certainly don't stand by their products.
