DO NOT HIRE HIM! It took multiple attempts to get in touch with him after he requested full money up front. As another review mentioned. He does not call or show up on time. The install was a mess. He did not save the grass before the install and just dug straight through. The back flow was not secured with a clamp against the house. Instead it was free standing. I wasted 2 days off from work when he promised he would come and never showed up. He didn't install the rain sensor properly and ignores when you try to message him. Keeps saying I'm busy with other projects. I would never suggest this person to anyone and please do not get your system installed with him. I have no idea how his reviews are positive. Hard to imagine the reviews being real on this site. you have been warned. Do not use him.

Horrible experience. Workers were not professional. The contractor Julian dint even show up to the site when the workers were working on the patio. Did not finish the work at the promised time. Went out of my budget. Will never recommend

In word, I can say that Julian's work is amazing. From start to finish, he was very professional but still cares about every customer. He worked with my budget and materials I already had because I was left out in the cold by the previous contractor whom I paid in full and never finished the job. Julian came in and looked at my plans, suggested some changes, and my backyard and patio looks absolutely beautiful. He had so many jobs going but he still managed to get mine done in a short time. His work ethic and professionalism is to be praised.

Hiring Julian Graham, co-owner/operator of Three Jay’s Next Level Landscaping to service your lawn irrigation system, will be a major mistake. Recently, I hired this company to activate and service my lawn irrigation system. I was appalled that he would not return to my residence two days following this service to make minor adjustments to the system as requested. Mr Graham was aware that I made a significant investment in grass sod covering my entire back yard that required watering at least three times daily. I explained the urgency of my request by phone and he stated he could not come immediately but he would be in my area (two days later) and would come that afternoon. He did not come but phoned and explained to my wife that I should not have expected him since he had stated to me he would only come if his schedule permitted. Mr. Graham knows that was the untruth. He has yet to contact me to make other arrangements, nor would he return my phone calls. Money could not be an issue since I paid Mr. Graham double the amount he charged on his first visit even though he was over an hour late for his appointment. He drove a dilapidated truck and had few tools, so I wrongly thought I could help him with his business. I should have known he was not trustworthy, reliable and dependable after being late for his first appointment and offered no explanation. Everyone should think twice before hiring Mr. Graham to service their irrigation system. My investment of $1500 + in sod was destroyed due to the lack of measured water and had to be repurchased and replaced.
