I am in the process of suing Oscar. What a nightmare Oscar is. Stay away from this incompetent and dishonest home remodeler, who took my money $2,650 5 months ago in Nov 2016 and abandoned a 2 week job after he ruined my stairs and made a huge mess for my wife and I to clean. Make sure you ask for his business license and liability insurance. This guy is either a pathological liar or the most unluckiest person on earth. He will use all kinds of excuses to get out of working. His sister died in Argentina, then his kid fell through the floor in his house and was hospitalized. He used his broken down truck excuse multiple times. His workers or kid was sick or in the hospital. The latest excuse is he had back surgery. Their Rhode Island license (28632) was verified as inactive when I last checked as 2012
