  We had a beautiful waterfall created by them two years ago. However, now that there is a leak, and have made repeated calls, emails and texts, we are not getting any response. Very disappointing.

  Very frustrating. Doug Andresky gave us a positive first impression, good enough for us to sign a big contract with him, but as the project unfolded many issues developed that were never resolved well. Right now we have walls that are collapsing, driveway pavers that have shifted horizontally and vertically, some more than by three inches, and curbs that are falling apart, and much more. We have it in writing that the job is covered under warranty for 15 years and I would really like to attempt to call him back but I am afraid to get involved with him again. Based on numerous reviews that I have found on other sites (BBB, Angie's List, YB) I feel that I would be wasting my time and sanity trying to get him to even come back to look at the issues. And if he would agree to reconcile any of the problems I am afraid that he would tear up my yard and leave it in a bigger mess than it already is in. At one point during our construction Doug was not returning my telephone calls nor responding to letters so I was forced to stop and wait for his return at his office/home, the 178 Bench Ave, Washington, PA address that he had printed on his contract and on his website. I was rather shocked. ( I will not comment further on that but would encourage you to go there on Google Maps.) He finally completed (unfortunately to his low standards) my job and I couldn't have been happier to have him leave the premisses. My recommendation is to find someone else (anyone else) to do a job for you, do it yourselves or don't do it at all.

  Landscaping retaining wall

  Andresky's Three Rivers Installed a retaining wall. This retaining wall has a 15 year warranty my husband and I have called him repeatedly over the last year. Not the wall has damage piping and gutters. I looked online and noticed that Andresky's Three Rivers has the same type of complaints poor work, failure to honor warranty and incomplete jobs. Buyer Beware!!!!

  Please do yourself a favor and call the Attorney Generals office in Pittsburgh to see how many active complaints are on file against this man. Also the Better Business Bureau. This man is a crook.

  Same experience with me. A crook and a thief with no moral integrity. Currently in a lawsuit with him. Run!

  Walked off of our project without finishing it. These guys are criminals. The part they did do is now collapsing - My kids can't even play in our yard until we hire another contractor to come out and fix what Doug Andresky destroyed. Can't believe I hired him. I saved for years to have our outdoor space transformed into something magical, and instead I have an ugly, poorly designed dangerous backyard that was not at all what was presented. It's supposed to be under warranty, but can't get the guy to call me back. Find someone else for your project - you deserve better!!!
