Out of 6 heating and cooling companies 3 Trails was the only company that called back quickly and was able to come out and repair our central air unit the same day. Dustin was prompt, easy to work with and explained what tests he was running and why he needed to run them. He repaired our unit and made sure that it was working correctly before leaving. The price was reasonable, I will always call this company first for all of our cooling needs!
