I recommend Thyes Properties to anyone! They have done work for me a few times. Rebuilding a retaining wall, remodeled my bathroom, refinished my deck, and will be doing my kitchen tile very soon. Very knowledgeable in every process.

We recently purchased our new home and were fortunate to have had Jeremy from Thyes properties inspect our 500 sq ft deck. He walked me around the structure and identified only 2 of the 10 supports were touching the ground. We decided to replace the entire deck. When shopping around for deck repair and replacement, we found Thyes Properties to the be most reasonable; they didn’t over or under bid, were flexible and asked us many questions to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. They also maintained constant communication on the progress of the project. We now love our new composite deck and wouldn’t have changed a thing. I would definitely use Thyes Properties for my next major project, and have since, recommended them to a number of people with great feedback.
