I had an issue with my oil burner in the middle of the night. With the temperatures and wether we have been having I had no heat and the temperature was quickly dropping. I called my oil heat provider and they wanted to charge me $200.00 just to come out and check the heater. I then called Tich General Services. Mr. Tich, recieved my call and personally came out. Within a half hour of being here he had the problem resolved and explained ways I could prevent this from happening again. In the past I have had contractors come out fix the problem without telling me what the problem was or how to prevent it from reoccurring. The best part is the whole job cost me half of what the oil heat provider needed just to come out. It was a relief to know that there are still people that care about their customers more then their money. I will definately be calling Tich General Services again. Great Service + Proffessionalism + low/fair price = Happy Customer
