Me and my husband also was taken , him and his “crew” started the job just to leave it a total mess , took the money and ran , HE is a very evil man to do this to so many people as a form of living.. God does not like a thief, !!

I wish I could rate this less than 1 star. I ordered a fiberglass pool in January 2022 for install in June. I kept getting excuses after June or completely ignored. A hole was dug in December and left there until march when they finally got the shell in. Then it sat for a month in the back yard NOT in a hole and rock dumped in my driveway for a month before they could have someone show up for 2 1/2 days to not finish the job. I’m now finishing this myself and they have not contacted me in almost two months to see what they can do. Do not use this company. It’s a scam

Tidal Pools doesn't deserve 1 star. I question whether the positive reviews are legitimate since I've personally been in contact with 10 others they have been done wrong by Eric Pollard/Tidal Pool, Inc. They get big money up front with empty promises. Then the ghosting begins. Do not recommend whatsoever!!

I am not sure how this company is still in Business and or Eric Pollard is not in Prison for fraud. The currently have my $26,000 deposit and have completely ghosted me. I have been very patient and had to hire another company to complete my project. I would not use them to dig a flower garden let alone a pool. I will be filing a complaint against his contractors license, with his binding company and with the attorney generals office and my local district attorney. All I wanted was my money returned and to move on with life and past this terrible experience.

Have they actually finished anyones pool? If so Please tell me how long it took. Ours was supposed to be finished late August, it's now late January and we have a shell with dirty water in it, they haven't even finished the backfill.
There is no communication at all. An apology once in a while and then back to no show no call.
I lost count of the times I wanted to fire them.
By far the worst contractor I have ever dealt with.

My husband and I hired Tidal Pools after a recommendation from a close friend. We’ve had a vision for our pool and backyard for years and wouldn’t accept anything less. We changed our mind on finishes over 10 times. Also went on vacation for 2 weeks mid project and didn’t want anyone working while we were away. To say less, we know we aren’t the easiest to deal with. Tidal pools was so patient and accommodating. We could not be happier with the way everything turned out. It was a long process but worth it. Thank you for making our dream a reality.

Fantastic experience!! I was nervous at first after reading these reviews.. but I’m happy I gave them a chance. Communication was key for me. Christian made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Thank you to Eric and the Tidal Pool team!! Definitely recommend!!

If this rating would have a negative number scale, I would use it. Ordered a pool installation April 4th 2022. They never ordered the pool they took my $10,000.00 dollar deposit and will not refund now. Installation was supposed to happen in August. The owner is a total ghost when it comes to returning calls, emails or text. Do not use this company!!

This company is terrible! Started my job and left in the middle of it. This has been a total nightmare!!! Cost us 1,000 s of dollars

VERY poor commuication and unorganzied company. Owner has his hands into too many projects outside of pool business and a lot of empty promises. Many many problems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

We had a pool installed last year. The company ordered the wrong size liner. They gave a Change order to replace the liner before this summer. The owner now can’t seem to find anybody to do the liner and is backing out of our contract. Wouldn’t recommend this company. The owner doesn’t keep his word and could care less about anything but money.

I have known both owners for a long time and they are truly GOOD people. They are honest, reliable, as well as smart and intellectual. We would have used them to build our Dream house if we had not just purchased a house a couple years ago. As a Realtor, I have referred clients to them who were looking for high end second homes in the beach area. They are working out the details to start building soon. You can put your trust in them to get the job done with no surprises.
