Called Chad and asked how soon he could replace my electrical panel because the utility company won't let me turn on the power without it being changed, and I have no place to stay with a 3 month old son. Chad said he was 2 weeks out before he could start the job, I explained my situation to him and he said he could do it 1 week later and he gave me a quote over the phone for replacing the panel. so I scheduled with him and cancelled with another contractor that was 3 weeks out. Today was the day Chad was supposed to do the work so I called him to see when he would be there and he said he was sorry that he lost my number and that he was only supposed to come out to give me a quote not actually do the work and that now he couldn't even give me the quote. He said he wouldn't be able to start the job until early may! I know that I did not misunderstand chad on the phone because he already gave me the quote so why would he need to come out to give it again? I had to call like 20 contractors to find someone who would do the work sooner so that I could have a place for my son and I to stay. Thanks to Chad and Tides Electric I have to start all over and I lost a week of time. Chad showed little remorse and was unwilling to keep his word or reorganize his schedule to do the work sooner. I would advise you to avoid this company like the plague.
