His contractor company is very bad. He used cheaper things to build houses. He build a house this year in Portsmouth, VA and do not want to fix things that are not working properly and used people that wants to do cheap things. I would advise you not to buy any property that is build from this company at all. They have step when it comes to the finish product at the end. CHEAP LABOR AND CHEAP CONSTRUCT.

I am under contract for a home that Tiger Johnson LLC is building in Hampton, VA. When I initially put a contract in on the home back in August, the home was partially completed. I was told by the listing agent and it was also stated in the listing for the home that the home could be completed in 30 days of contract. I asked for a closing date 45 days later. My closing date was suppose to be October 2. I was not able to close because the house was not ready. They then asked for an extension. I agreed to the extension which would have given me a closing date of October 24. I know that I will not be closing on that date as well. The house is not complete and ready for me to have a home inspector to come in and inspect. The home failed the final inspection by the city. The city inspector left a note asking the builder to contact him because there are too many things wrong with the house for him to list. I am no inspector. I'm just a potential home buyer and I can see that there are many things wrong with this home. This home is the epitome of poor craftsmanship and it shows on the outside of the home as well as the inside. They threw mismatched items in the house and used the cheapest products they could find. When bringing these things to their attention, they refused to fix them or make any changes. Now with me being 2 days away from what is suppose to be my second closing date, the listing agent(who represents the builder) is not answering or returning my realtor's calls or e-mails regarding this house. NO PROFESSIONALISM! BAD BUSSINESS! HORRIBLE WORK! I would not recommend this contractor to anyone.
