Terren's quality of work was great. However, his lack of professionalism on the job site and after the job was completed overshadowed his work. He was over 3 weeks late on completing our job; which caused significant delays with other subs. He was confrontational with other contractors making the job site a tense environment and several people refusing to work while he was there. He was not fully transparent in his charges which lead to us spending 16,000 more than expected. We spent over 40k with him and when an issue came up in the sealing of our master shower he has completely Ghosted us. He is unresponsive to us and our contractor and seems to be unwilling to correct his mistake. There are a lot of quality Tile companies out there. Avoid this one!
