Specifically, we paid Tile Magic for painting our roof and it has not held up to the warranty. We have an unacceptable amount of tile roof fading from work completed nearly 5 years. After many attempts to contact Mark starting in March 2021 via texts, we either got a lack of response or no responses. Finally, Mark assessed our roof in April. He then stated he would contact the Manufacturer as he also confirmed our claim and get back to us. Weeks passed and months passed no responses via text messages. Lastly, we followed up with letter to Tile Magic.

We repeatedly reached out and never got a response back. It's been five months! We also can verify this timeline if needed. This is unacceptable. If no stars was an option, it would be appropriate for the lack of customer service, honesty, communication post project related concerns, and breach of warranty of work.
