Gray is disorganized and seems like he is stoned all of the time. He constantly forgets things and is seldom prepared. He would show up to the jobsite a few times each week for 10 minutes at a time which was no where near enough to manage a complex restoration project. Large amounts of mistakes and way over budget. The house looked great in the end but it could have gone much smoother.
