He cares about the job he is doing and is considerate of the budget. I find this refreshing after going through 3 others before him who were just looking to get in and out as quickly as possible with no concern for quality work.
He has treated my home as he would any friend or family. And, he is a pleasant person to have around even when I get under foot, ask too many questions, or change my mind about some detail for the 4th time.
