Honestly the worst customer experience I've ever had. This guy installed a new furnace for the seller when I bought my house, which is less than a year old and experiencing intermittent issues with the blower motor. Tim seemed nice and helpful via text message but when he arrived he refused to look at anything, never even took the cover off the furnace and told me that he knew 100% the problem was my thermostat. When questioned as to whether he should at least look at something before making his determination he got extremely angry, saying "I already told you", stormed out of my house and sped out of the driveway, he was in my home for 90 seconds tops. Whether he's correct or not, this was hands down the most unprofessional person I've ever interacted with for any type of service and I would avoid at all cost.
