My land lord hired this Company to repair a sewer pipe at a commercial building I lease. Initial repair was completed and plumbing employees reassured parking lot was ready for Standard Business. I asked if gravel should be used due to large amount of dirt they dug up using excavator......I was reassured there was plenty of gravel in the dirt they moved and no reason for anything else. It rained the next day, our driveway was complete disaster due to erosion all around area they worked in. Mr. McCarter arrived the following day trying to Bully me around and stating he was a professional and I should watch how I come at him???? Soon after this comment, he started using profanity stating he could not control the weather and we should not be playing in the mud.......I informed Mr. McCarter of the obvious which was: Weather report was rain all week and gravel should have been used to finish the driveway because it had gravel to begin with. If job was performed properly from the get go, he would not have had to return to complete repairs properly......Poor work and Very Poor Attitude.......His employees were pleasant to deal with, he could learn a thing or two from them.......Good example of Bigger Outfits are NOT BETTER! I have been informed his company was much better when it was a small outfit and cared about the individual clients vs rushing through repairs and using profanity to defend himself when problems arise...........
