My house was built and finished at the end of 2024. The driveway is pitting out and cracking in places. Tim O'Brien did not want to pay to seal the driveway, but then proceeded to have a company plow the driveway before it was even hard. They refuse to fix it. The siding is bowing out. What did they do? Oh put a couple extra pieces in our front yard about 5 months ago but never had them replaced.
The window trim pieces are very beat up and they refuse to touch them up.
It takes them forever to answer an email/text, and they basically only plan around their own schedule.
I would not recommend purchasing a TOB home.
