We closed on the house in March 2017 however have had the following problems:
• Roof bucking (builder is ignoring our concern)
• Light switch covers around the house. Extremely poor quality. I have never in my life seen light switch covers that bend forward a couples of months (2 months) after installed.
• AC units went out (leaking and froze with ice within 1 month of closing on the house. Had problems with the AC units installed by this builder 3 times.
• Had plumbing problems with water leakage in rooms damaging base boards in rooms. Pending fix
• Builder guarantees quality work but does abide to his word. Would highly not recommend using this builder to build your home from ground up. Do not let his “talk” fool you. I would not mind working with some of his subcontractors but him personally never. He barely showed up from the middle of construction to the end but instead had one of his subcontractor do what he (the builder) was paid to do. For things that some of his contractor’s needed to come back and fix he had his go to subcontractor fix things from which the builder charged us for him to instead fix. Crooked. Be aware.
