Tim Skrip was supposed to put a roof on my addition. He did NOT tear off the old roof as stated in the contract and never insulated and never finished replacing the siding. Almost a year later the roof remains undone. I have a new contractor who will need to tear off Tim Skrip's mess before he can start my roof. I have won a judgement against Tim Skrip in small claims court but he refuses to return any of my money. on a scale of 1-5 I rate Tim Skrip Home Improvements a ZERO.
