Tim Kirkham is a bonafide curmudgeon but he is a great electrician. He has done work at my home on three different occasions and I have been completely satisfied with his work in every case. In our last engagement, I was looking to simply add an electrical outlet to our courtyard so I could install a water feature. While discussing details, Tim suggested we install a timer (on the inside garage wall opposite to the outlet) to power the outlet. It was a great idea and once installed, made it very easy to run the fountain when and for however long we wanted.
I just got off the phone with Tim with job number four and he brought some great ideas to that discussion as well. If the job gets done, I can guarantee Tim will be doing the work.
