This contractor was hired by the previous homeowners to regrade the front yard of the property in Stewartsville, after construction of a new septic system was completed— complying with the closing sale of the home. It was made unavoidable apparent by the immense pool of rain water gathering on the top of the new septic area, during the first spring downpour—the septic area was not graded correctly. Mr. Terry also relocated some of our soil and fill into my neighbors' canal at their request, unbeknownst to us. I normally would not waste my time to write a review such as this, however the way Mr. Terry spoke to my wife on the phone was infuriating to me, as his tone was condescending and his words arrogant. Unfortunately, I could not handle this situation myself as i was dealing with more important issues over in Afghanistan at the time. I recently uncovered the letter he left for us stating how he would "restore the property" etc... after searching for my property survey. Just thought i would share the experience.

Tim Terry recently completed installation of septic systems at two properties and repaired a third for my mother in law. Between Covid-19 issues as well as backups in required inspections Tim completed all necessary legal requirements in stellar fashion. I had several meetings with him during the process so he could explain his progress and any delays that occurred. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally and Tim was always courteous. We truly appreciate his efforts in the midst of all the recent Covid-19 chaos. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. I thank him for his amazing work.
