MOVED BACK TO OMAHA 7 MONTHS AGO. PURCHASED A HOME THAT WAS 7 YEARS OLD BUT KEPT UP VERY WELL. SADLY IT IS ONE OF THE WORST HOMES I EVER DEALT WITH. QUALITY POOR ON DRYWALL HOUSE --CRACKING DRYWALL EVERYWHERE GARAGE IN WALLS AND CEILINGS--DRY STACK STONE LARGE PIECES FALLING OUT " WHICH IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE IF LAYED PROPERLY"--ELECTRICAL LAYOUT SWITCHING ETC IS HORRIBLE--FRAMING OF FIREPLACE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE ACCORDING TO LAYOUTS AND DID NOT PUT IN FANS WHEN ON TO HEAT ROOM IN WINTER "BLOCKED OFF VENTING"--AND DURING STORMS SOUNDS LIKE HOUSE IS FALLING APART WITH METAL BANGING CONTINUOUSLY ABOVE FIREPLACE.I HAVE BEEN IN THE HOME DESIGNING AND BUILDING BUSINESS FOR OVER 39 YEARS AND NEVER HAVE SEEN ANYTHING THIS BAD. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CORRECTING AS MUCH AS I CAN, BUT THIS NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED. WHAT A SAD DISAPPOINTMENT FOR A HIGHER END HOME!!!! ALL I CAN SAY IS BUYER BE- WHERE!!!!
