Timberline Roofing provided a roof evaluation on a home we purchased, said everything was fine, however stipulated no guarantees or warrantees so what's the point? I'm wondering if anyone even left the office to look at my roof, or they just provided a piece of useless paper to a realtor and collected a fee. After closing, we found a hole in the roof that apparently occurred when a tree branch fell on the roof, bent the gutter and impaled the roof. Some roof inspection when you can't even find a whole in a roof! Now I'm on the hook for the repair.
