Outstanding service by whole team at Timberman roofing. Our roofing was done in one day by a capable hard working crew. Angie in the office is professional and wants to make sure the customer is pleased with the workmanship. We had an issue with a ridge vent and the owner himself came out as scheduled and took care of it! They do what they say they'll do. I highly recommend them to do roofing! And I will hire them again to replace my gutters.

1140 Troon Drive West, Niceville Before you hire call Timberland. Ignacio, from Timberland came out and found the leak. The leak was fixed and I could not be happier. Oh, and the repair was the same as the quote. There are professionals that walk among us.

First, I want to applaud the professional assessment offered by their estimator, Ignacio who pointed out flaws in the way our existing roof was installed and what Timberman will do in their job.
Second. The crew worked very hard, very efficiently and smoothly to accomplish this project in a timely manner. Of special note is the beautiful accomplished re-flashing if out chimney.
And finally the cleanup task including the magnetic sweep of the grounds including the lawn and flowerbeds! And of particular note was the attention to downspouts by Chris as a final step in completing this project.
In summary, we just completed a neighborhood walk-around comparing our new roof to dozens of others, both recent and not and came to the unanimous conclusion that our new Timberman roof is clearly the finest in our immediate neighborhood.

We got several estimates. Timberman was a few hundred higher, but because of the expertise we received by the estimator, Ignacio, we went with them. We have spray foam insulation, and Timberman was the only company that informed us that peel-n-stick can be a problem with spray foam. The crew came and completed our roof in one day, which was very impressive. They worked SUPER hard and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend!!!!!

Great experience!!! The office manager was very nice and helpful. Mike came out and inspected my roof, then fixed the problem for FREE! I had gotten a quote the day before from Harold Gaines, who wanted $1350 to fix it, or $850 without the 90- day warranty! Timberman Roofing will be who I call when I replace my roof in a year or so.
