    Deck and gazebo
    $125,000

I had Timeless Contracting build a huge and complicated composite deck and gazebo for me. It was quite a project. Jacob and his crew did a fantastic job and I couldn't be more delighted with the product. Every single one of the four man crew was a delight to work with as well as hard working and skillful. They were extremely respectful of my property and kept everything remarkably tidy. When you have workmen around every single day for two months and are sorry to see them go, that speaks volumes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jacob to any of my friends.

Complete master bedroom & bathroom remodeled and floor job

What started out as a pleasant experience while we were still living in the home turned into a bad experience as soon as we moved out. Jacob was very friendly and professional at first but once we moved out of state, trusting him to complete a floor job and complete a paint job upstairs, he continued to come up with excuse after excuse for not completing for several months. The house was totally empty except for him and we were ready to put on the market upon his completion. We finally had to let our real estate agent put pressure on him to complete the work. He left trim work in very poor condition and the paint job was so bad we ended up hiring a second professional to come in and completely repaint the entire house, including the 2 upstairs rooms he had been paid by us to paint. Really upsetting. I would certainly not recommend him for more than one job at a time...,and never if you are not willing or able to be present for every step of the completion.
