Tech came out on Mon, 6/10 to turn on my swamp cooler. I had to call again & someone came out on Mon 6/17. My float had to be repositioned. The machine is old, yes, and despite having to call again, the service was good and the office personnel were very patient despite me being a little upset though really no fault of their own.
