    Stay away from Ryan Timmons. They took our money and did not finish the project. The part that was finished needs to be completely re-done. BTW 5 stars reviews are fake. They were written by one of the sub-contractors that Timmons Construction hired.

    Please stay far far far AWAY from Timmons Construction! Ryan Timmons and Poncho Timmons from Pittsburgh said they would start a project and quickly became very distant and then stopped responding and extorted money from me.

    They took an extensive down payment and have no plans on paying back any refunds. Multiple lawsuits are now underway. I can't warn you enough to run and do not complete any business transactions with these folks. They tried to even take double the down payment up front, but at least I had half the mind to not pay the larger down payment. You would be shocked on how much they took...

    This was signed on 7/3/20 and I gave them till today (9/3/20) to refund so they have had ample time to refund dollars owed to me, my family, and company.

    Unfortunately, this is just another sad situation of a contracting company extorting monies from a hard-working business owner that operates with integrity.

    I gave Ryan Timmons a 30000 down payment on a home I wish to build he and Arctic drag their feet nothing was done now they are answering my call to get my money back this is a horrible company

    At the end of 2018 I purchased a property with the intent to fix it up and sell it. A friend referred me to Timmons construction and the owner Ryan was super responsive. They came out and gave me a quote within a couple days. I talked to 2 other contractors and they all gave me quotes 5-10 grand more than these guys. I went with them and they got the job done within 3 months on a 2,800 sqft home that needed basically a full demo/renovation. Love these guys, I have them working on something else of mine now!
