    I hired Tim Gray and he was extremely difficult to deal with.

    He did some work (primarily rot repair) for elderly relatives of mine a few years back. In fairness I was not around when the work was done, but I did have the chance to take a good look at it a few months after it was "finished". It honestly looked as if it was a temporary repair. Sloppy joints and lots and lots of caulking. I've seen a huge number of reviews on many sites written in the first few weeks of December. about this company, and none of these reviews mirror my relatives' experiences. It makes me think that this company either hired an Internet company to "clean up" their reputation online, or that somebody just wrote a whole bunch of fake reviews. Be careful with this outfit.

    Second floor expansion and Studio addition

    Tim was recommended by a neighbor. We had him do two projects for us. Last year was a second floor expansion and this year an addition. Tim and his son are very professional, easy to work with and their craftsmanship is exceptional. My husband and I are completely satisfied with his work and we would highly recommend Tim Gray Building and Remodeling.

    Tim, and his son Mike, are first-rate, reputable and honest contractors and homebuilders on Cape Cod that will get the job done where many others will not. Tim was willing to work with us on an extensive design/build renovation and he earned both our business and our trust through his hard work, attention to detail and sage advice. I would hire Tim Gray and Sons again for any project big to small!
