I'm happy to recommend Tim Harrigan of Cheyne Awnings. He's done good work on two other of my buildings in Pittsfield. I think his prices are fair and he is easy to deal with. Tim did a renovation of the real estate office in my building but that was working directly with the Tenant. I had Tim put up awnings in the alley to protect the back entrances. My experience with Tim is mostly with awnings but I understand he is also a full service general contractor.
