  Sewage backup

  Tim provides an incredible experience all the way around. I had a plumbing emergency Saturday night with a sewage block. I called Tim and he was at my house within the hour.

  Tim explained everything that was going on in order to make sure that we understood our next best steps. I cannot recommend him enough! We will be using Tim for all our plumbing needs moving forward. Thank you!

  Replace water softener, toilet part, & kitchen sink faucet

  Timmy's guys recently installed a new water softener. A week later we found water on the floor that had overflowed from the unit. The line from the water softener to the hot water heater was not connected. They also did not install an overflow line. On 8/8 I contacted Timmy. I contacted him again on 8/10 & he said he would "stop by tomorrow around 11." He did not. I have contacted him 3 more times & even saw him in the neighborhood when he promised me he would come "tomorrow." I give up! Do not use Timothy J. Cheasty Plumbing.

  Install garden hose beds

  $450

  Tim quoted me for a job and left two guys to finish the work on my property. Soon after they finished the work and left, I called him that there was a leak from the job his guys finished. He mentioned to be there to fix in q few hours and didn't show up for over a month and kept ignoring calls and giving me a false dates to come and fix. Made appointments and dint show up or call or return texts, until threatened to be complained. Also, claimed to have visited my property in my absence, and I suspect to have damaged my existing plumbing work intentionally.
  Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable, non trustworthy. Stay away to avoid troubles on your property.

  replace underground pipes under garage and driveway

  Tim took a $4,000 advance payment for the large job. He had to be pursued to start the work. He hired 2 subcontractors to begin, gave them instructions and left. They used a pneumatic tool (borrowed from another plumber) and drilled for 4 hours (without filing for a permit), and destroyed our perfectly fine sewage pipe. Made appts with us and didn't come or call. He finally repaired the damage using materials not according to Code and we cancelled the job. He said he would return our $4,000 but no longer answers his phone nor responds to texts. Not trustworthy, unreliable and self-destructive!
