Found him very knowledgeable. A little hard to get him out because he's so busy. But worth the wait. He fixed our spa problems when the other company couldn't!

He showed up to our house disheveled he looked at the pump and said he knew what needed to be done. We paid a 60 $ service fee and he said he would order the parts. 2 weeks go pass and no call. When I called and asked him about the parts he was confused and could not remember me. Then after he looked me up said I was supposed to call him about the parts. As far being reliable and organized you be the judge.

I worked for the county health department inspecting pools for several years. I had seen tim's work on many times, So after I retired, I called on Tim to fix my old spa. He did a great job! The reason I'm not giving him 5 stars is because he is in such demand, that you have wait until he can work you into his busy schedule.

Tim was sent out by our home warranty company to diagnose a spa heater issue. Our pool service company told us that it would cost us $3000 to replace the broken spa heater. Tim got the heater to work and showed us how to use it. Saved us $3000 as we only had to pay the $75 diagnostic fee.
