Mr. McGovern is extremely difficult to contact/work with. We had difficulties setting up an appointment, he was the subcontractor being used by our builder, so we had no choice but to use him. After he completed the job there were issues; he did not show for a scheduled appointment and he does not return phone calls, texts, or emails.
