I have now filed a law suit against him. He is asking us for favors to give him money to complete my project. Even after he stole my $30K deposit & $30K draw he is asking us to borrow him money. I want him to finish my job with the money he was paid already. He keeps being a crook and not paying his own staff / labor workers. Non of his vendors are being paid and is causeing problems for him to finish the job. STOP STEALING FROM THE WHIPPLE PROJECT TIM. GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!
