RUDE and TERRIBLE customer service. I made a big mistake by choosing Tin (the contractor) to do the job for me. Tin has an extremely hot temper and can not control the patience while demonstrating the product to the customer. When you buy a new car, you will have some concerning basic questions like : What is the function of this button? What happens if i turn this switch on? How do I test this feature?...etc...The service person duty is there to help the customer understand the use of the product. Versus Tin, he raises his voice at the customers like they are stupid persons. There is even times he entirely loses temper and shouted out wildly like a lion beast.
Tin is the representative of a big company he is working for. For years we have love and trust in this company's name and reputation . Tin hurts the customers's feelings too much that now everything is totally wiped away forever.
Let's say in the future, you encounter some urgent needs like air leaks or mechanical problems...etc... Would you expect to have a prompt service from Tin and with a smiling face ? Absolutely not. We don't believe so!
Thus far, compared to other professional customer services, this is not a pleasing business ending after all.
