Very Impressed, I had been looking the last few years to renovate and add a master bedroom and bath to my home. I talked with several contractors about what was needed, none of them gave me confidence that they could complete the project, most never called back. My wife happened to find Steve’s contact info online and gave me his number. After calling and on short notice, Steve made time to come to my home and review the details of what I was looking to do. Just a note, it was a lot! I had the addition drawn out on grid paper and notes that detailed out a complete renovation. He left that day saying he would get back to me in a few days with an estimate, and he did! We worked through some details that ended in signing a contract. I am a very particular person and know a good bit about construction being that I work in the industry. I didn’t want to partner with someone that didn’t know what they were doing or that would take shortcuts. Steve met or exceeded every expectation I had. He kept me up to date as the project progressed and offered suggestions to make the project even better. All of his sub-contractors were top notch doing high quality work. All that said, I would highly recommend Tindall Construction to anyone wanting to add an addition or renovate their home.

Steve Tindall is one of the most conscientious and skilled builders in our area. He added an addition to our home at it looks as though it was built at the same time as our original structure. Steve Tindall was the first contractor we called. Steve Tindall has been amazing to work with. He returned my call in a timely matter. Showed up at our appointed time. Began our project right away. Being these times we needed to wait for doors and windows for 16 weeks. Steve and his team built the room and as soon as the material showed our room is done and it is beautiful. We also have Steve putting a window into our garage and adding a pergola on our new patio. Steve kept us informed the whole way. He went himself and got our permits instead of waiting. All inspections passed with no problems. Job site clean and neat. You won't regret hiring Steve

We have a beachfront condo complex in Surfside Beach. Our beach access, fencing, and decking was in desperate need of repair. We hired Steve to replace everything. Steve did a great job. I was amazed how well everything looked. Steve was very responsive and kept in touch with me to provide updates on progress. From beginning to end this was a great experience and Steve will be on the top of my list for any upcoming construction projects.
