Guys came late, worked for 42 min. Did most basic replacement of toilet seal possible then tried to bill me $280 ! I asked what happened to the $99 service call and he said that's for his good clients and apartments.
Reluctantly paid him $150 ( still 50% more than industry standard ) and he told me never to call him again.
Simply rude. No need to make every Interaction bad.
Just do honest work and bill honestly. Its really not that hard. Just becuase we have a nice house doesn't mean you can try to rip us off and charge us more.
There are honest guys out there that won't try to rip you off just because you are in a pinch.
So unfortunate as his actual plumbers were nice guys.
