    great company

    We recently had TinoRoc put an addition on to our home off of our kitchen. We could not be happier with their work. We were on a timeline due to an arriving baby and did not want construction being done while we had a new baby in the home. They worked late into the evening to finish the project in time for us. Their pricing was reasonable and the workers were all very friendly. We love our new living room space and we will be using them again when we are ready to finish our basement.

    "Quality Work"
    TINOROC Construction did a wonderful job replacing our roof! Weather conditions had caused damage that needed to be repaired quickly. The whole roof was replaced in a timely and efficient manner. They also replaced the electric whole house fan with a quality upgraded model. The company even checked back with us in a few days to make sure that everything was satisfactory. We love the quality of the finished product !!!

    Contractor nightmare

    We were very disappointed with the work ethic and construction of Tinoroc construction. They were unreliable and would either not show up would say they would be there first thing in the morning and show up at 3 in the afternoon. They have young boys about 17 years old working for them that seem to have no idea what they are doing and have to be supervised at all times. The final product left us with a bowed wall, gaps and holes around the foundation and door frame and the worst part is that we now have water leaking into the room from the foundation whenever it rains. We contacted them three separate times with the water issue and practically begged them to come back out to take a look at it as they claimed that was not their fault. The first time the dug a trench and placed a pipe that did not even connect to the down spout which in turn caused ponding water along the side of the house. The second time they came out to look they again said the issue was not their fault and suggested that we pay them $400 extra to have concrete poured to fix the situation. When we said that this was not an option as we had already paid them over $12,000 and this was still an issue, they said they would come back in a few days and pour a few bags of concrete to form a small barrier against water. A week later the finally showed up and hurriedly poured 6 small bags of concrete up against the foundation of the house. They claimed that it would solve the problem. A few days later it rained and we now have more water than ever coming in. I cannot even begin to explain how frustrated and upset we are with the finished product. Not to mention the poor customer service and attitude we received after calling to alert them about the water coming in. They did not want to admit that the issue was their fault and didn't want to deal with the problem that they created unless we would pay them more money. We would not recommend them to anybody. In fact, we will make sure that everyone knows not to use this company.
