They provided a very detailed estimate, clearly explained what they would do and broke down the cost of each component of the estimate and followed through on everything they said they would do. They left everything totally clean and tidy and while I would hope never to need their services again, I would give them my highest recommendation!

My office firm had a toilet overflow and a lot of damage resulted. The technician could not have been more helpful. He explained everything, made sure we understood, really took his time making sure that he checked every area for possible mold or damage. I was shocked when I called and they told me that they would be here in less than an hour thought I'd have to wait the whole day

The technicians were from Tip Top were very quick and professional when it came to doing their job. I had mold developing under my sink and start noticing it spreading to several areas of my restroom! They came and completely got rid of the mold in a week. I'm very satisfied with their services because if it wasn't for them, id still be very embarrassed when having other people using my restroom.

We had to clean our AC duct as it was more than 3 year, we couldn’t do any service to clean it but these technicians came on time and cleaned my duct and vents. Mold growing in the walk-in cooler of my pastry shop was terrible news. However, I called Tiptop Restoration team for aid, and they looked after whatever for me immediately. They worked very efficiently.

The team did a great job on short notice clearing out the mold, repairing the affected basement area, woodwork that had been damaged, and repairing the source of the leak.
