We contracted Titan in April 2020 and all was going good . We paid 50% upfront thinking they were straight up and a highly recommended contractor . That was a mistake - two changes with project managers . Going into July 2020 nothing no communications, going into September no communications, looks like they closed up their doors , took our money - we are monitoring if they are going to claim bankruptcy so we can file a claim . Terrible

Titan completed my project in a timely manner. Great staff, great communication, great work!

My remodel project was a horrible experience of repeated delays, incompetent workmanship and overcharging. Months overdue on my bathroom I had to ask them to leave, then I had two pay to remove the shower floor and replace it at great additional cost. They charged me one $12,000 for 2 supporting beams under main living area, but only put in one. They never offered a refund.

It has been a horrible experience. We did a downpayment with them on or around 4/20 to do a job that should've only taken 2 wks at the very most. My wife already posted a review thru Google that got her yelled at by the owner, Dennis, 4-5 wks. In and now here we are almost 3 wks later and they still need to fix our gutters, a pc. of dripedge, replace a light that was broken accidentally. The only thing they've done right is a roof, and they subcontracted it out to a group of Mexicans who did a great job. All of the workers who get sent our here all say that Titan sells the job to the lowest bidder and that every job they go to they hear nothing but complaints. I'm willing to update the review if and when they ever get it done right.

We had an appointment with Titan construction group about a month ago. They showed up right on time and represented their company well. The specialist was very knowledgeable and listen to our needs. We were pleasantly surprised on the pricing and contracted with Titan for our sunroom. The initial start date was moved up which was even better. Our experience with titan was very good. Our sunroom is gorgeous. We definitely recommend Titan Construction Group.

With a verbal start date of mid November and 3-4 week duration (according to your project manager) would be a completion date before Christmas. Taking an additional 2 months to be complete at the end of February is more than a little longer. It would be different if this was a remodel where you ran into unforeseen conditions but this was not. This was new construction. As far as a finished product i would agree that they are satisfied but they are not satisfied with the heart ache and delays and excuses that they had to go through. Titan construction group collected a check dug up some dirt and had them over a barrel out $$$ with no answers. Still would not recommend to anyone going through what they had to go through for a small project. I can only imagine what someone would go through on a large project.
They are happy to take your money start and then put on the back burner.

If I could give a negative 5 rating I would. In September 2020 we signed a contract with Titan Construction to demolish our old deck and replace it. We paid half, $8500, up front. Since then we have not been able to contact them in any way and they have not contacted us. We want our money back.
