Owner Darrin and his handyman and "electrician" do unlicensed work and almost never pull permits. Ask to see License cards. They have done all sorts of illegal Plumbing, Electrical, etc. at my building without inspection. When they do sub-contract, it's the cheapest shadiest guys in town. They fix up their newest properties, but are slum lords to all the old ones. I don't imagine it's easy maintaining properties, but if you pay nothing, you get nothing.
