    House flip

Yet another great project we had the pleasure of hiring them to do. We bought a house to flip. We had alot of ideas. Titan went through our home and the owner showed us we were wasting money on unnessary things and we listened to him. Turn around 2 months we made over 100k and that was after putting 30k into it. I think we found a new business partner for the future.

    Bathroom renovation
    $1,500

I would not recommend this contractor. He never finished a bathroom renovation. He has not responded to text for a few months. He and his brother came over to do the plumbing but then he left and has never come back to finish the job. I am now left to find someone else to finish the job and I am out the money.

The review mentioned has been verified as false. The project described was done to completion. It was a small powder room. The project was completed and paid for by titan remodeling. No money was exchanged prior to completion. The agreed amount for the 2 day project was 1500.00 client only paid 1100.00 Titan remodeling paof for in adavnce and supplied a new vanity, brand new plumbing valves and lines, light fixtures new flooring, electrical and paint. The client became frustrated when shown that her previous handyman who did work on the toilet broke the toilet flange. Titan remodeling informed her that to repair the toilet flange additional work would need to be done. We fixed it to the best of our ability for free but repairs would need to be made in the next couple years. The true complaint is a brand new toilet would not be installed due to liability reasons without a correct fix. Titan remodeling was paid 1100.00 after clinet walkthrough and sign off and we parted ways. No money was given upfront so the accusations of being out of money are false as customer did not pay any money until completion.Weeks later we received a call about paint colors that were approved the homeowner changed her mind about the color and demanded to be repainted for free. Titan remodeling denied the request and we believe this is where the complaint is stemming from. The website does not allow pictures or they would be posted of the completed work.

    Kitchen remodel
    $56,000

Absolutely love our new kitchen. I can't say enough about them and the work they did for us. This year was horrible getting anyone out for an estimate or even a call back. They immediately responded within an hour of us calling. We had a budget in mind and kevin said it was far too high and to Never mention that to another contractor because another contractor would take advantage and my wife and I fell in love with him. Thousands upon thousands under our budget. He worked with us every step of the way and nothing was off limits for us. He even drove to Maryland to get the exact the cabinets we wanted because they were back ordered 4 months instead of compromising on another similar design that would be faster. Didn't matter if it was 3am or 3pm He was always reachable and communicated every step of the way which was a dream come true compared to previous contractors we have hired in the past. We hope to have them back in March to do our master bathroom.

    Kitchen and deck

Thank you soo much Titan renovations for our beautiful kitchen and walk out deck attached. After being stood up by a previous contractor who took half our money and disappeared we contacted them seeing they were a veteran owned company. I myself am a veteran. We explained the situation that we had a budget that was significantly cut in half due to the previous contractor. One of the owners kevin came out, looked at our original design and just said no problem and thank you for your service. They truly did everything we envisioned and more with such a small at that point budget. The best part was he taught my husband electrical and plumbing so we didn't have to spend money hiring another professional lol.

    Laundry room remodel
    $4,000

We contracted him to paint and remodel our laundry room. Quoted us $4000 and took a $2000 deposit. Took him 6 weeks to finally show up. Worked a couple of hours and never came back. We asked for a refund then he threatened us. Never got our refund or work done. Nothing from him in months.

We are sorry to hear about an unfortunate situation you have described. Titan renovations was hired by Mr. Kemp to do electrical work and some painting along with hanging a door. We believe Mr kemp is mistaken on the facts. Titan renovations removed and replaced multiple dangerous outlets and electrical hazards in his downstairs. Replaced and rewired a very dangerous burnt wiring set up on his foyer light. As well as installed lighting downstairs. A team member asked Mr kemp if he could not smoke Marijuana in his home while we were there due to the fact we have a strict no drug policy and the smell would follow us on our clothes to other clients home. Multiple attempts were made to return by our painter as we were told someone was always home. At a certain point we had to move on with further scheduled clients. We offered Mr kemp multiple solutions but, after multiple threats verbally from him, the difficult work environment, and the scheduling conflict that was caused by his inconsistent schedule we decided to part ways. The work done was more then sufficient to justify the cost of the deposit. Despite Mr Kemp's threats of a lawsuit and demands of receiving more than his deposit back we offered a refund of a certain amount and deemed the project a loss.

    Kitchen remodel
    $28,000

Titan renovations did an amazing job on our kitchen. The owner and his employees are all prior military and took care of me knowing I am a veteran myself. Definitely got the most bang for my buck completely under budget. Would definitely recommend.
