I couldn't begin to say enough good things regarding my experience with Titan Solar & my sales representative, Robert Pierson. The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish, outside of the normal delays due to APS on the final stretch putting on the meter. I have dealt with people all my adult life being in the "Time Share" industry when "Time Shares" were good, If my clients had a problem they called me & I got it resolved to their satisfaction. I had read the negative reviews prior, but also did my research on Titan Solar. They are a huge company that installs maybe 8,000 systems a year, they run over 40 of their own crews & there are going to be jobs that are not perfect because Human Beings are not perfect. Imagine taking a test with 8,000 problems. If you missed lets say 300 would you be happy? Im sure you would as it would be an A-....I figure there are probably 35 bad reviews online & we all know the bad travels quicker than the good. The company has an A+ with the BBB & No ROC complaints since they were licensed in 96... I spoke to probably 25 or my sales reps referrals & every one was happy. I was satisfied enough to spend $40,000.00 with this company & have NO regrets & I love no more $550.00 Summer Electric Bills!
