    New Roof
    $14,000

    I hired Titanium Roofing over the summer (2021) for a pretty straight-forward job: a new, residential TPO roof with two skylight installations. Communication with the company was incredibly frustrated from the start- they failed to send emails and information they promised, and then the start date came and went and I didn’t hear anything from them. I should have backed out then. They failed to show up to THREE appointments they set with me, they started several weeks late, they asked me to make some really questionable billing arrangements, and then they estimated that the job would take three days though it went on for nearly two weeks. Because of all the trouble, I was constantly placated with assurances that the boss, Caesar, felt badly and that he was going to send me a gift card for my trouble. Needless to say, I never did receive a gift card from them (nor did I want one- I just wanted them to do their job). The roofers simply stopped showing up one day having left a bunch of equipment in my garage and on my roof. At that point, I got a voicemail from Caesar threatening to put a lean on my home if I didn’t pay him. I had yet to receive an invoice for the work and the WORK WASN’T EVEN FINISHED. I had to insist that they finish the work and send an invoice, they did so but the invoice was wildly incorrect and I had to detail to them how to correct it. This was such a painful (and expensive) experience. I felt completely disrespected as a customer and continue to be in disbelief about the lack of professionalism in the running of the company.

    On the other hand, the roofing team, led by Christian and Oscar, worked very hard and were communicative as they could be. It appeared that they were in a difficult position because they were constantly putting out fires that stemmed from the upper management’s incompetence.

    Titanium Roofing has done all of my houses roof, we are really happy with thir work! Really responsible people. Their always on time and they do an excellent job? I totally recoment Titanium Roofing 100% they have the greatest prices no one else have. If ur looking to repair ur Roof..... Titanium Roofing is the right one!

    I've had the pleasure of have Titanium on call for any touch ups on my old 1950's flat roof, they worked with me. I wasn't able to do "all" of my roof at once. But, I've never had a problem or leaks since new roof. I've had a new AC/Furnace put in on the roof and old AC removed, so I needed some patch work done.
