If I could give this company zero stars I would. STAY AWAY at all costs. Had a roof problem we tried to get fixed do to faulty installation of flashing and the roof design. After numerous phone calls and nasty responses from them their subcontracted roofer (TJS Specialty Construction) came out to "fix" the issue. In their less than helpful disposition, this means just putting a thin line of caulking in place. Guess what the roof leaked again, and again, and again. Despite several calls to the roofer they never came back out. When I called to get reimbursed for the third party roof repair they called my wife a lair saying she never called. Now they want me to produce phone records proving we called.
When the party roofer came out to properly fix the roof they confirmed that the roof and flashing were not properly installed AND the poor design of the house caused a flat spot that accumulated water.
DO NOT USE RLP INVESTMENTS OF TJS SPECIALITY CONSTRUCTION AS THEY WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR WORKMANSHIP, OR LACK THEREOF.
