    I purchased four brand-new homes from TKO Homes over a year ago, and I continue to love each one! The craftsmanship is excellent, and working with Jared, the owner, was a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish.

    Recently, we encountered a plumbing issue near the street, which turned out to be the fault of the local utility—not TKO. Despite my warranty having expired, Jared stepped up without hesitation. He took full initiative, coordinated the repairs, and even had the driveway next door dug up and restored—another one of my homes. His commitment to standing behind his work, even beyond the warranty period, speaks volumes about his integrity and dedication.

    It’s rare to find a builder who not only delivers a great product but also backs it with such personal accountability. I highly recommend TKO Homes to anyone looking for quality construction and a builder who truly cares.
