We used them for two months and our pool was turning green. We finally hired another pool company. It turns out they never cleaned or changed the filter one time!!! The entire time they were billing us!!! I wish I could post a picture of the filter on here. They kept gas lighting us and telling us we needed to schedule pool cleanings twice a week vs once. They weren’t even servicing the pool at all!!!
